Hi everyone! Glad to be given this platform and opportunity to write and share just about anything under the sun 🌞

Inadvertently, this space also allows us to get to know one another better, to see what’s beyond our day-to-day faces.

For a start, perhaps… I’d like to touch on what matters most to me; Part One – Positive Relationships (hee).

Ultimately, apart from the relationship with our Creator, positive relationships with family and friends have a great fraction and immense impact in my life.

I’m grateful to come across an opportunity to learn more about Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator is a self-report inventory designed to identify a person’s personality type, strengths, and preferences. The questionnaire was developed by Isabel Myers and her mother Katherine Briggs based on their work with Carl Jung’s theory of personality types.

The tool, helps people easily understand why differences arise at home and in the workplace.  It is an easy to understand framework which helps to build relationships and teams.

What I love most about this tool is that, it not only leads to greater self-acceptance, but it will also help you accept and value the differences of others. Let’s agree to disagree 🙂

Based on the answers to the questions on the inventory, people are identified as having one of 16 personality types. The goal of the MBTI is to allow respondents to further explore and understand their own personalities including their likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, possible career preferences, and compatibility with other people.

This tool has helped me understand my loved ones and friends greatly. Where once I thought, was almost impossible to make amends.

Here’s the link to the questionnaire. I hope you would find it useful and beneficial as it did to me. Happy trying!
