About the Role
- As the HR Assistant at Ilham Child Care, you will provide support to the HR Manager in the areas of administration management and recruitment. You will be expected to handle in-house systems on employee management and recruiutment processess.
We are looking for someone who is always willing to learn new skills, committed, responsible and organised. Digital literacy is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
Publishing and managing job advertisements, organizing resumes and job applications, etc.
Scheduling of job interviews and assisting in the job interview process (Eg. background and reference checks)
Ensure that the HR database and all forms or documents related to HR is in order.
Preparing new employee files and employee payroll monthly.
Participating in benefit tasks such as claims, reconciling benefits statements and etc.
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status and other records (Eg. Leaves, etc)
Check and ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
Maintaining the calendars of HR management team.
Assist in any ad-hocs job given by HR Manager.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of Human Resource experience.
Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
A committed and responsible person who is willing to learn new skills.
A team player who has initiative and can help others.
