About the Role

    ● Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
    ● Scheduling job interviews and assisting in job interview
    process
    ● Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
    before offering applicants the position
    ● Maintaining all application forms and resumes from applicants
    are kept in a proper file
    ● Ensure that all forms related to HR is in order
    ● Preparing new employee files
    ● Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employee
    ● Prepare payroll every month
    ● Participating in benefit tasks such as claims, reconciling
    benefits statements and etc
    ● Maintaining current HR files and databases
    ● Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment
    status and other records such as leaves, etc.
    ● Check and ensure that all required employee documentation
    is collected and maintained
    ● Maintaining records related to grievances, performance
    reviews and disciplinary actions
    ● Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit
    interviews
    ● Maintaining calendars of HR management team
    ● Assist in any ad hocs job given by HR Manager
    ● Assist in Centre Support Officer administrative works (If need)
    ● To liaise and communicate with various stakeholders for
    partnerships and collaborations
    ● To plan and conduct team building activities and programmes
    ● Coordinate HR projects (Health & Wellness, meetings, training
    etc.)
    ● To be involved in all centre’s meeting.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.

  • Previous experience in HR administration or related roles preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Singaporean citizenship or valid work authorization in Singapore.
