About the Role
- Coordinate with vendors / staff in regards to the online Learning Management System (LMS)
Overall site maintenance and management of the LMS portal.
Developing guidelines , manuals and training materials for system admins and end users
Troubleshooting support and providing timely resolutions to end user issues.
E-learning development project support as and when required.
Provide support during events , taking charge of IT and multimedia related duties.
Training of team to use IT and multimedia platforms whenever necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum 2 years of IT / Multimedia experience.
Skilled with all the elements listed under the job description.
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
A committed and responsible person who is willing to learn new skills.
A team player who has initiative and can help others.
