Visual Content Specialist

About the Role

    As the Visual Content Specialist in Ilham Child Care Pte Ltd, you will manage the production of all photo and video content required for teaching and advertising. You should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to organise and oversee all content creation initiatives to increase lead generation, brand awareness and share the Ilham story in a unique way.

    Your Key Responsibilities Include

    ● Liaising with teachers and external organisations for filming, set-ups, auditions and recordings.
    ● Organize and manage all visual assets on the company’s Google drive.
    ● Tracking continuity in recording and logging video footage for production, corporate video etc..
    ● Keeping track of all filming logistics (Eg. Camera, tripod, gimbal, etc)
    ● Conducting rehearsals and test recordings for any major campaigns or events.
    ● Taking the role of producer during filming with students / parents / teachers.
    ● Editing of photos and videos
    ● Manage social media live (E.g. Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube etc.)
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in mass/media communications, visual communications or content production related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in media, photo and video production, content creation, communications, and/or advertising.

  • An energetic and dynamic person who communicates and works well with people of all levels.

  • A team player who has initiative and can offer fresh and creative ideas.

  • A friendly and approachable character, as you will be working with kids of all ages.
